Anyone here knows all hats location?

At the very least, it would be another place to showcase a game which I personally find as a happy surprise.

Somehow this achievement doesn´t trigger for me. =/ I did several levels, got the extra lives, but didn´t pick them up. Any hint what I´m doing wrong? =/

Im having trouble with not waking a bat achieve and kill 5 bats at once. i know i killed 5 before but it only gave me 4/5. really need help with the no bat waking thing
