When the intro ends..CRASH back to windowws lol

After my first run(still not completed) i will have saved 19 Survivors when i start NG+ will i get credit for the 19 already saved or do i need to save them all over again in order to get the "20 saved" and"all saved" achievos?

I'm aware that the reviews are really bad. I initially played it on PS4 and enjoyed it overall despite a few flaws. However, I heard that it doesn't run (which is likely due to a user-side problem in some cases given that 1.1% managed to finish the game on steam). It's supposedly due to overclocking, vsync and full screen mode. Is it playable ? If there are issues that were not present on the PS4 version, what are they ?
