It doesn't really say what it means by "look at Miku from different angles"

I don't see this in the tutorial or the guides (but maybe I'm forgetting) - what's up with the bombs? Are they to be avoided at all costs, or bounced back? Sometimes I see some confetti when I (think I) miss them, what's that?

Why is the PC one not made by SEGA like all the others? In the same way as everyone else. With standard PS, Nintendo or X-Box controller option like many other PC games use? Nothing against it, because this game looks wonderful visually, I just think it's a mistake for them to close this VR niche...
