game loading

are there anyone else that is having problems loading the game my free zoo? I can get into the game and play but then when i close out and try and go back into the game it will not load back up just stays on the loading screen.. my pc is compatiable, and I have all other programs closed so that isnt the problem. anyone have any advice on this?...
