Could you suggest any solution?
You can do so via the toggle slider in the manual save menu or the settings menu for quicksaves and autosaves
1. Starting the game.
2. In the first 3-5 minutes, I can save as much as I want, and it works. I can see that the timestamp of the save has changed, and when I load it, I see the checkpoint where I did this save.
So it is not the Steam rejection!
3. After 3-5 minutes, I received the message about an unknown error during the saving.
And, as I mentioned in the post above, disabling cloud saves blocks access to my current save.
Would you like any more date to investigate the issue?
It is a bug that needs to be fixed.
One more thing - the issue started this morning. Yesterday night it worked great for me. No updates were installed after yesterday's play.
If a save file is larger than 100MB it gets rejected by the steam cloud, otherwise you can save to the cloud.
