Best not to have the coal huts too close the the woodcutters.
The service counter at the tavern needs to have beer set as the drink. I can't think of any other reason it wouldn't be getting transported.
market tenders have a distance limit, and a granary is required close to Your Tavern, set to stock maximum. If the breweries are too far from the tavern ('market').
who is transporting the beer ?

I don't think there's a limit to how far they can collect from (though I'm not sure on that one), but you don't want it taking too long. I always have a granary nearby and set it to stock maximum.
