I am trying to satisfy the requirements for Tennessee and completed two towns near it. I went to sent up single stores for the resources I needed and there was not an option for it. This has also happened in other areas where I have completed the towns, but there is not a single store option. There's a road I can repair with GRAVEL, but it's split into two segments. The first segment requires CLAY (which I haven't unlocked in Germany yet), and the second segment uses GRAVEL. I learned from a YouTube video that the entire road can be repaired using a truck with floaties loaded with GRAVEL. How can I resolve this split road issue ?...
