ESBR get's a massive free update:

Races are now in full 3D (with over 50 3D racecourses). This replaces the old commentary only screen.The game also uses the latest horse racing simulation engine for improved realism.Various menu improvements and tweaks.Please report any issues.

Please note that old saves are not compatible with this release.

interesting , but no Starters Orders

This game comes via the people who gave us that great horse racing simulation Starters Orders. So i wouldnt give up hope on it. But it does need a lot of work. EG. unrealistic football odds horse racing form isdetailed but badly mangled,. Brings back some great memories though LOL...
