Not sure if anybody else has experienced this or not, but any villager that has grabbed a weapon from the blacksmith gets stuck when trying to place them in the armory. At least, that's what I think they are trying to do. They will sit at the door while their stats slowly drain. Their job says they are attacking, or ready to, like they are drafted during a raid....
