What does this mean? It looks like it means that it makes you fire slower, but it always comes alongside "Hasten's attack's speed" in the Disruptor perk, which would cancel each other out. The other option is that it increases the target's attack delays, but isn't that exactly the same as increasing stagger? Is there a difference between increasing attack delays by 5s and increasing stagger by 5s?...

Very interesting game. Sadly, from what I read in the forum and the reviews is shouting out to me: "DO NOT BUY! You will regret the money and time you put into it. Not even speaking about your nerves." From what I read, this game is DEAD. Devs moved on to their next project long ago. Gone for good, will not come back to work on this title. SAD BUT TRUE! its not a good game, but its almost a great one. im playing on ps5 and im just floored by how poorly executed the game as a whole. ambitious, very stylish visually, and good music? ya for sure. and i will say its stable with no crashes or data loss. but mechanically its just a huge half cooked stew of ideas and i feel the "rogue" elements were there hide the fact its an unfinished full JRPG style game. but even as a rogue rpg hybrid game it could have been something better. everything feels in a beta-t...
