Still keeping an eye out for how you plan to balance Amphibious Jets... maybe add a fourth option in the "Mass Missile Jet/Mass AA Mech > Amphibious Jets > Basically Everything Else" conundrum? ;-)

Couple suggestions for next update, non-gameplay balance related:

1. Auto Server Host Abuse Prevention: I've been experiencing several jackass hosts that will switch me to a non-existent team (e.g. switching me to position 10 on an 8p map), effectively kicking me, even though I was one of the first ones to join. Not pointing fingers, but it usually happens when the hosts name is non-English. Maybe if there could be some way to keep track of what order players joined, and automatically move players to existing positions (based on the map size) unless players choose to move themselves? Or just count positions on the map and prevent hosts from moving players to non-existent spawn points? Hmmm...

2. Colour names for the in-game Players tab according to the team they're on, for faster identification? It's currently a little hard to quickly pick out that information. Or maybe I'm just challenged.

3. Allow Host to Delay the Auto-Countdown by 1 minute: Sometimes you'll be waiting for 5-10 minutes for enough players to join on a 6p map. 4 players join, starting the countdown, which would be fine except ONE more player suddenly joins and... that's it. You helplessly watch the auto-start countdown, get into a 3v2 game, and everyone leaves.

Thoughts?

Are mods broken for anyone else? Me and my friends can't use any mods atm

Are these workshop mods or manually installed mods. Do you see any kind of error? Could you email me or message me on discord ideally with the lastrun.log file.

Yeah looking at adding some new units and working on the balance for the next update.

1. That sucks. I have removed kicking and added forced starts to avoid hosts abusing games. It's likely they are trying to play with their friends the public server. I have some '8+' servers were only 8 player maps are allowed but does limit the map options. Being the first player in a server does avoid these issues but you will need to wait longer for a game. I might look at servers with no one controlling them, or map voting.

2. I'll have a look and what I can do to make the team layout clearer. I do worry that might make the teams clearer but the playername themselves might be hard to read.

3. I'll look at ways I can fix that, a single delay might work or detection of unbalanced teams, not sure. The controlling player can start the game when ever they like they don't need to wait till the end of the timer, but most of them seem to just wait till the game force starts.

You're probably right, but if they only wanted their friends to join, wouldn't they host their own? I prefer to give benefit of the doubt, but I can't help but think it's for something less honest.

Maybe a table format display? Columns for "Name/Status/Team"?

Well, I sometimes play 1v2 or 2v3 if there aren't enough people, so I think a combo host-controlled delay might work?

That's all super, but what about introducing a 1x1 rating system? I think it's a cool thing that will give you the opportunity to show your skills in the game. Or at least make more 1x1 lobbies, because they are immediately taken up and created 4x4
