It's odd because it seems largely directional and time of day related for me - like it's the worst in the early mornings under "blue" daylight, while standing in the hotel and facing more towards the ocean/pier. Other times it's just overly a bit too dark but none of the weird skin/eye color effects.
Never got a problem since.
I'll try to look around for things when i can. So far though, it seems like Quay is the one place that has this issue.
so maby i'll just try to ignore it and keep on playing :D i don't want it to be an obsruction in my enjoyment :D
Just go and enjoy the game ^^
