Please learn to be able to install to drives other than C: I have a 300mb ISP and I'm getting no more than 45 from your servers.

this is not a game issue. its either:

A: An issue with steam
B: An issue with your local network/wifi
C: An issue with your ISP
D: An issue with network infrastructure between your ISP and the steam servers
