I was stuck on the first Alice Angel's quest on finding gears in level K, and for some reason after i quit the game and reopen the protagonist gets stuck inside the elevator and the buttons are broken for some reason, i tried replaying the chapter by the choosing chapter option and completed the chapter, successfully going into chapter 4 but the progress is not saved and i was stuck in the elevator again. There was a reset button in the menu but it never worked. I just need a way to maybe reset chapter 3....

I have reached chapter 3 and i decided to take a break. When i entered the game agan all my save files were gone and i have tò restart the game. Manuale save doesn't work and i am on story mode. How tò fix?
