Bakery & Weavery stops working after a while

If you tell the guy to start working he just moves up & down inside the building and the only way to get it working again is to delete and rebuild the buildings

Suggestions: keybindings - we need to be able to see and change key maps. Like scrolling with WASD pausing - pausing is a pain mouse scroll - map doesn't move with mouse scroll, this plus arrow key only scroll is not ideal ...
