The elevators in these levels do not reactivate when you revisit them, even after using the light sensitive switch; I think I missed something in the top right corner of City 4-2 but I can't get back to it because the spotlight is shining on the climbable fencing. If I go to the wheel to turn the spotlight, then i can't get back up to the top because the elevator won't come down and pick me up....
