Weird

при открытии игры не могу создать профиль возникает ошибка

Twice now I've finished Cars and Up worlds, tried to reload game and every slot has 'new'. No progress or characters are saved which is game breaking and needs to be fixed. TY!

When I start the game, Steam just says its launching on my library page then it goes back to "Play". I have already uninstalled and installed, installed on different drive, verified game files, run with compatibility+administrator and nothing works. This also happens with Disneyland Adventures....

The storage device has been removed - fail. How i can fix? OR Where to write - disney?microsoft?support? pls.
