Does this have to be in a single run? I have finished the game and didn't recieve this. Most times I died on level 3 I had around 250-300 kills, so I should have unlocked this by now if it were in total.

How does one enter a crafting table to make more supplies? The game seems nigh impossible with the amount of ammo just on the map. Edit: It seems the actual crafting table is something other than what I had found. Even so, it still seems impossible to find enough ammo to finish this game. :/...
