Complaints/Bug report: Problems with Lost tracking in Bonus Maps

I have successfully completed every Bonus map with at least 2 or 3 stars. However, when I go back to play specific bonus maps, I lose access to all the bonus maps afterwards. The only way I can gain access to them is to replay them to the last map. The

Couple of questions

I'm happy to see that there's finally a new Rescue Team game on Steam. I also have a question about Steam trading cards and I wonder if there will be Steam achievements. Also, are there any immediate plans to bring Rescue Team 4 to Steam? It's the only one still missing in the series. Finally, I'm curious if there are plans for a launch discount or if the price stated is where it's going to stand for now. Sorry for all the questions but I truly am very curious. XD...
