I have successfully completed every Bonus map with at least 2 or 3 stars. However, when I go back to play specific bonus maps, I lose access to all the bonus maps afterwards. The only way I can gain access to them is to replay them to the last map. The

Also, are there any immediate plans to bring Rescue Team 4 to Steam? It's the only one still missing in the series. I've got a high end gaming rig and I think this game is currently set to unlimited fps. Is there a way to limit the fps before I burn down my house?
