Hi, recently I wanted to play again SRT but it has an issue what I suppose it's fps falling, but i really dont know, time to time the game had a jerk, anyone knows why is that?

Everytime i play it on my new laptop using windows 11 it always sutter and delay like crazy, even i turn th display setting on lowest mode it still stutter, help!

The game won't start. When I click ‘play’ after a few seconds it automatically kicks me out. I checked the integrity of the files but that didn't help either. At startup there is only the message ‘updating executable file’. How do I fix this?
