I found the quest item Lightfoot's Lightning SMG in Level 8 of the cave. It's in my inventory, but in the dialogue with the relic hunter there is only the option to say 'Not yet' when he asks whether I found it.

My crafted gear is twice as much dps, twice as much armor, twice as much shield as loot that I find in shop or from killing enemies. This means all the fun of finding random loot and improvising with what I find is lost. I consider finding random exciting loot to be the most fun part of many games so losing that makes me sad. All my gear is tailor made, all my money comes from making 1 million dollar items and selling them. I don't even really know what I am doing, I just bought things that give +2 craft...

Moving, hailing, docking, closing menu, etc randomly freezes my game. The screen freezes, but music continue. What caused this and how do i avoid losing my progress?

I've seen it in previous games, but in my current game, it simply is not there. I can safely fly over stars and gas giants, which I've done, just in case one overlays another. There is a black hole which my current ship cannot fly into. Unless the anomaly is in the same space as the black hole, I'm fairly certain that it isn't there. I need to find it for a Banker's quest....
