Did Coach predict the downfall of Back 4 Blood?

When a survivor gets grabbed by a Jockey, there's a chance Coach will say "That ain't right for a man to be ridden like that". The zombies in B4B are called the Ridden. Coach's voiceline could be interpreted as him saying that it's not right for the Ridden to exist, and therefore it's not right for B4B to exist. Did he know it would fail? Does he hate Turtle Rock?

the downfall was obvious on announcment, everyone expected the new l4d failing to realise the game isnt gonna play the same outside of the core concept

i think the real flop behind it was oor balancing something i was willing to accept as a bata thing that made it into release

B4B was basically just L4D with extra, unnecessary steps (ie the card system among other issues). That's why it failed in the end.
