Game doesn't open

I push play and I see a command prompt box open, then close. It doesn't report a crash either. I'm running on Win7 x64 - Lenovo laptop W540 (Intel/Nvidia grpahics)

Crash at startup

can't play this game , the windows opens and tells me there is an error WIndows 7 64-bit with amd phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz , 970gtx and 12gig ram
