Also worth pointing out: the game released in Japan with 1024x576 graphics (it's on the box). Any problems you have with the graphics should go to Circus, not the company making it available to countries outside Japan. MangaGamer probably can't make the graphics better unless Circus re-releases the game with HD graphics (which, knowing their track record, will probably be in a few months). Boycotting the English release won't get you better graphics; it'll prevent more games from making their way across the ocean.
As far as the Nvidia tweak, if it works with the demo I don't see why it wouldn't work for the Steam one, so it should probably be fine. Same engine and all.
dude, it's a vn that is quite long. The price is quite acceptable. You are being silly with that resuletion rage
There are amazing games out there in 640x480 resolution, and you are part of the problem why we never get to play them.
yeah i refuse to support this game myself for other reasons but >.> those resolutions arnt that bad and quality of image and story is very well done. that much i will give thsi game the anime and manga was good and the game itself story wise and content is quet ncie and the isnaine length fo the game in general is great. but i refuse to support companies that lock full content (some will say this is full content but in the gamming world after a updated version comes out and more content comes out that then becomes the full game)
so the fact they double charge to gain full content and still gain steam benifits is my reasons
Checked more games, and the majority of them are 1280 or less (千恋*万花 is 1920, if you can read Japanese, along with Sister Scheme). If your complaint is that you can't watch your cartoon smex on your baller 4K TV, I would like to tell you there are better uses for a 4K than an adult cartoon game. And if you're willing to give up on the franchise simply because the American company - which had nothing to do with the production or the artwork of the game - can't wave a magic wand and grant you better graphics, then good day to you, sir. You will not be missed by us or the company, I presume. Enjoy mentioning your 4K TV to some other strangers on the internet and upholding your high tastes in 2D erotica somwhere else.
The only thing you're doing at this point is complaining about an industry standard to a group of people who cannot fix it, and honesty all of our time could be spent more productively if you just called CIRCUS and demand their next game have good enough graphics to display on your TV.
I remember buying Rewrite from the local store when it first came out and trying to run it stably on the then 10 year old desktop was nigh impossible.
I already bought my version from MGs site and i never paid for "real" vns less than 30 euro
In the end i get more story than in most games today
