Achievements aren't triggering for me, and Steam isn't tracking the play time properly unless I verify the integrity of the game files before each launch. Running Windows 7 64 bit. Tried clearing my save data, but that didn't seem to help. It seems like it was working for people before, so maybe something got messed up with the update? I've had similar issues before with Steam not tracking play time for Ren'Py that seemed to be due to older Ren'Py versions not playing well with Steam. I don't know enough ...

I'm pretty sure I've tried out all story paths in both episodes, but I can't seem to get Welp. I got the graphic showing for it in the Ocean episode, so I think I got to the right point, but nothing triggered.
