Your opinion guys. From side look its a nice looking game, dev from the well-known title is behind it but still, the game has almost absent sales and no interest from the public. What's the problem?

During gameplay, in combat etc, can you get out of the vehicle and run around. If so its a buy. But I read somewhere you are trapped in the vehicle? If this is the case, its a pass. Any help in this question appreciated.
