I really like this game but is the dev still working on the game or did he abandone it?

Hi, I really hope you see this message. We have a HUGE community of volleyball players that are absolutely DYING for a game that's good. Your game is in early dev since 2016 and is/was already the best one out there. We all want you to finish this game more than anything. What do we have to do to get you to complete this???
