i have tried every possible way to make it work but nothing changes so far. when i run civ5 directx option pops up , after i click directx 10/11 option game look like running like 3-4 sc in steam library then nothing happens as if like game doesnt exist.

Ok so I reinstalled Sid Meier's civilization 5 and went to join my friends game. We play this game a lot, but when I went to join his game it told me i don't have 2 dlc so i cant join. The dlc were map pack scrambled continents and map pack scrambled nations. i went to my library and they weren't there. But i bought them when i got the Sid Meier's civilization 5 complete. Every time I try to load a sid meires civilization V game with mods it freezes. What i mean is after the mods are slelected and I click begin your journey it freezes. It wont let me do anything.
