I got all kodamas in offline mode and the achievement doesn't appear, then when i go back to online mode again the achievement still doesn't appear, what can i do? there are no kodamas left.

You sure about that? Have you checked the side missions too (some have Kodamas) ?
A good way to check for sure would be to go to each region and see at the Shrine (from Starting Point's menu, on the map), at the "Receive Kodama Blessing" menu, if you have 25/25 everywhere.

DLC ones aren't needed (my achievement unlocked before I did any DLC mission).

Well, that doesn't worked, i don't want to restart and find all again and losing my progress, so F.

If you want I can give you my save before picking up the last ones and you can try to pick them up again for the achievement.

But first, prove you have them with screenshots :D

Do u still have that save file? having the same problem in Osaka region (summer)
