Please check your DPI scaling in Windows Display settings.
If it's set to more that 100%, change it to 100%.
Use fullscreen optimisation on or off
- locate the game exe file (it depends on where your Steam is installed. The default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\[gamename]), right click on it, open Properties, go to Compatibility tab and disable the fullscreen optimisation if it's on.
Run the game in Windows 7/XP compatibility mode. It's also found in the compatibility tab like fullscreen optimisation above.
Clear Steam's download cache, manually delete the game files and then reinstall from Steam.
