Weird screen shake issue?

I just bought the game while on sale and both AC2 and Brotherhood have this weird screen shake issue and it's basically unplayable cause of it. Any fixes? Thanks.

I had the smae issue in AC2. All I did is running DxSetup in the files and it stopped. Hopefully it will fix your issue as well.
