Finishing the gamr
I have put in more than 20h which doesnt seem alot but it was quite fun and havent reached max syncronisation and cant Load the game anymore it wont let me free roam, do side quests or anything I only get spawned into the last level at the end where i kill my friend. PLEASE HELP

You have to watch the whole ending credits (~15 mins) to reach the next "checkpoint" and be able to return to Ezio.

Same for me. I can't fight the final boss. Seems like bug come on this game. Please help us to fix it. I can't even finish this game even do side quest.

If you mean the boss is stuck fighting 2 soldiers, that's because your in game FPS is higher than 60. Go to the game settings to limit FPS to below 60 or use the graphics cards control panel.
