Is it still not available by any means?

I've been trying out D2 clones and came across this game. My question is, When does this game pick up? I just got to level 10 and it feels the same as level 2, as far as how strong i feel. The game has an incredibly slow pace that I do not like. My question is, how much longer till the game picks up the pace? Should I hold till then. I am not sure what to think. I want to like the game....
