I've tried to make changes to volume and graphics through the Options menu, but each time I click "Ok", everything reverts back. Is this a known bug? What can I do?

Why? I previously always played Runemasters with Strength Armor, which usually meant higher Strength investment, but since that is counter to the Elemental Conversion for most of his Melee Damage, I decided to try mage armor. But it's just a pain. I cant tank anything. the best defensive option I have until I get Energy Armor is hoping that I have enough damage output to make 4% Damage to Life worth it. But it just feels so damn bad. I just played a Diviner through all of normal and felt more tanky than ...

I'm currently playing the Atlantis DLC and had to farm some levels in Tartarus pit because my character was underpowered. I wonder if are merchants tied to a specific level as well, because I can't find any better equipment in any of the armor/weapon types. I am currently level 46....
