I have well over 1000 hours in that game and have always loved it.

Now, rather than fixing the bugs they've left for year they are "relaunching" the game, with bug fixes, for $40 USD.

How the **** is it legal for a company to charge people who already own the game 40 usd for what is essentially just bugfixing? This is the type of anti-consumer behavior you expect from EA games, not a European company subject to EU law. They make a game, don't fix the bugs, let it decay, delist the game and then try to force you to buy the "remake".

Surviving mars has $100+ worth of DLCs, several broken and buggy, many players have bought some or all of these DLCs in an effort to get the complete experience.

But Wait! Good news colonizers! rather then fix the game released in 2018 they are relaunching the game with all DLCs included so you can buy it again!

Paradox is a satanic company surpassing in evil to even EA and Ubisoft at this point, this company needs to burn and their execs should be homeless

abandoned in a poor state and now that theyre finally fixing it they expect you to pay for it.

This is a really sad state of this studio. The train system in the DLC is absolutely broken, not to mention everything else that modders had to fix. This product was abandoned and is now being sold as a remaster when it should just be an update to the original. Even the marketing graphics Paradox posted shows that they themselves knew that they had broken systems and chose to sell the fix rather then actually fix it.

I used to love Paradox. looked at them as one of the "Greats". One of the "Do no wrong" kind of companies. They have tarnished their reputation so badly they are now a meme. Cant wait for the remaster to come out with 20 DLCs that just fix the original game. Absolutely ridiculous.

Atrocious developer I'll never give another cent to because of the way they've handled players and the game itself. It's a soulless cash-grab in all ways, and I choose to give my money to developers who are in the business of making games, not the business of greed / making money for the sake of money.

DO NOT BUY. Not this, and not the remake. Do not reward this atrocious greed.

Anyways this game is very good but as I've said don't buy it go buy the relaunch instead when that comes out (years of no content updates and we get that which is honestly very surprising)

Rather than fix the already bug-ridden game, Paradox has decided to simply scrap the original game, repackage it as a new game with the fixes and DLC's, and re-charge existing players to re-buy the game. Charging me to fix your original mistakes? Absolutely not. This should be 100% free for players who have already purchased the game. Prepare to be review-bombed to hell when you relaunch the game.

One of a kind, no similar quality terraforming game out there that I know. Amazing replayablility too. Love It
