Anyone else seeing this?

Says I am missing the Plancon .exe file. Tried to un/reinstall twice. Validated integrity. Nothing seems to work. Can't see a fix in the discussions either.

In the tutorial, after killing 2 enemies and learning about engine parts and whatnot, the tutorial tells you to select and travel to Venus. However, I can't select venus permanently, when i click it it lights up and makes a sound for a second but thats it, everything else remains the same, so I'm unable to jump to Venus and unable to play the game AT ALL past this point. I'm running updated windows 10, fairly good gaming pc, updated drivers for everything, nothing special or fancy running. There is liter...
