Title Screen / Game Load Error
Calling all Megadimension Neptunia VII players!

We appreciate your feedback and are continuing to work toward improving the game!

We’d like to ask if anyone has experienced crashes or freezes around the beginning of the game, specifically between these two points below:
1. When either loading a save file or beginning a new game from the Title Screen
2. When the “DLC has been enabled” messages have finished displaying and the game attempts to load

If you have, please email pcsupport@ideafintl.com with the subject line “Game Title Crash”, and provide all of the following information about your PC:

-Operating System:
-Operating System bit system (32-bit, 64-bit, etc.):
-Processor:
-Graphics Card:
-Memory:
-Attach the .mdmp file created when the crash occurred to your message (located in your Steam directory: steamapps\common\Megadimension Neptunia VII.)

It's not at the opening but in the dungeons in Zero dimension and Hyper Dimension G.

I just had a crash and checked the folder for the .mdmp file but oddly it never got created so...how do u report crashes again ?

Since the patch form the 19th of july my game is constantly crashing under two condisions.

1. Sometimes if I want to skip the intro sequence.
2. If I skip all the animations in battle especially if I break the enemys parts. First I get some major FPS drops and than the game just crashes.

Befor the patch was released everything was fine with all setting turned on high. (I already tryed to turn them down but this didn't fix the problem.)

Specs:
Windows 10
64bit
Intel i7-6700
nVidia GeForce GTX 980ti
16GB DDR4

Hello

The issue I'm having is that it's not even starting, when downloaded all it says is 'unable to initialise steam libraries'

I'm on
Windows 10
64 bit
Intel i7 6700k
Geforce 1080 founders
16 GB DDR 4

I would appreciate any feedback to get this working

Game will not start. I receive an error stating "Unable to Initialize Steam libraries." I have deleted all files from the Steam folder except steamapps and the executable, I have restarted my PC, I have verified the file integrity for the game, and I have reinstalled the game.

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel i5 3570k
GTX 960
8GB DDR3

Steam's APIs may have problems initializing with certain AV software or threat mitigation software present. They also will not initialize properly if you start a game directly from the executable instead of launching it via the Steam library, as you're supposed to.

Wiping the Steam installation clean is a last resort and would only assist in fixing this problem if it's cause is a corrupted Steam installation. (It is a third potential cause for the issue, actually, so if all else fails; try that.)

SOLVED<-----------


Crashes upon entering Jingu Sakura Park, the third dungeon at the beginning of the game, specifically, the monsters appear and after they appear, i move around and crashes almost instantly.

Windows 10 64 bit
Intel i7 4765T
Geoforce 730A
16GB DDR4

no mdmp file tho


when tested, no problems what-so-ever with the other dungeons im able to enter... its only Jingu

So I'm having an issue with Halo Forest in that I can't go into it without it crashing constantly. Regardless of during battle or not, it seems to crash about a minute or less of being in there.

Specs as follows;
Windows 10 64-bit
Intel i5 4440
Intel Graphics HD 4600
6GB DDR3

It's not like it's not running at all. I haven't had many issues up unitl now. And all the others work fine.

I'm having trouble even opening the game. It just opens a black screen and crashs.
Operating System: windows 8
-Operating System bit system: 64-bit
-Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G645T @ 2.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
-Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD graphics
-Memory: 8192 MB

Just brought the game and it just gives me a black screen and closes. I went to properties and changed it into reduced color mode, and it works. But it isn't full screen, and too resolution is small so I can't play it that way. Anyone have a similar problem/ know how to fix?
