Game runs, screen flickers, then hops out into the desktop. clicking stuff doesn't work. presumably the game is trying to display a resolution not supported, or otherwise failing to open a screen mode. but still is running an capturing the mouse clicks. This of course means I can't even use the taskmanager with the mouse to kill the process. (I am using dual monitors with extended desktop, win7) ...

The game worked fine before, but I tried to play it today and it said to install directx 9.0c runtime (DIrectX Runtime Error) and the game wouldn't launch. I am using windows 10 with a gtx 1070 and a 2560 x 1440 G-Sync LCD and a Ryzen 1600 with 16gb DDR4. I have a fully updated windows 10 home, I assume all the directx runtimes are up to date because almost everything else works and the game worked fine before....

I have a game currently running(?) on my other laptop. Three "BALLS" lights lit, score of 418M, and the game just sits there, no balls in play, no balls prepped to launch. Spacebar has no effect. Do I just kill the game? Thank you.
