A cool fighting game of cops & robbers where half the characters have a throw option, while the others can handcuff opponents to limit their movement and attacks. Doing this right at the end of the match scores an arrest, and it's fun to go for a complete set in a run through story mode.

I found myself preferring the side of the law, for this handcuff mechanic. As along with the ranged attacks, it adds a little more variety to the move sets. Which are otherwise likely a bit limited for serious devotees of the genre, but good for someone, like I was when I tried the game out, looking for a lighter arcade fighting game experience.
