achivements arrive in ubsoft but not on steam how to solve

People always on this GTA 5 hype train, i played gta 5 and didn't like it, but seems like nobody talks about how good WD2 is compared to GTA 5. It looks way better, plays better, and alot more interesting. How you guys feel about it?

Have submitted 2 cases related to one cheater, "Starry_Sugar", both closed, and now I encounter two hackers, in a simple multiplayer like watch dogs? Reported again. Be any mode, there is always an cheater ruining the match, and it leaves no choice but to force quit the match, what about my decryption bonus man?
