Anyone successfully play this game on Quest 3 using Virtual Desktop?

My index keeps saying "Up next.. Portal Stories: VR" and I can hear the audio. The game never loads up in the index but the desktop monitor shows some rendering and part of the menu (only shows the bottom of the "Quit" button). The monitor rendering does not move at all. I tried restarting steamvr and tried plugging the index out and in again from my computer. Am I missing something?...

theres no problems on ANY other vr game that aint called NOSTOS that i have this problem on my head is like 2 cm under the ground

Im getting the error 'Missing Shared Content' when I try to install Portal Stories:VR. Googling found people getting this error trying to uninstall HL2 Protons and other games, but nothing about trying to install. Anyone know how to fix this?
