I've played Wizard of Legend for about 3 and a half hours, and I've only managed to reach stage 1-2 a few times. Does that mean I'm just bad at the game, or is this normal for beginners?

Seeing as how I have a severe aversion to WOL 2 (tried, it, even own it. Do not want!) I went back to playing this. Bumped my 300 hours up to 472 and counting - woo whoo. But... I've enjoyed this and Blazblue: Entropy Effect and want to know if there's any other 2P action roguelikes out there that are just as fun
