Title says it all, when or where is it.

So I have the things from Ouka’s shop that allow me to see the endings on the grid as well as the client satisfaction when choosing outfits for shoots. The last few games I’ve been moving where I want to on the grid with my client satisfaction ranging from 85-95% and I keep getting the bad ending where I have the fox masked client tell me to take pictures of landscapes. What am I doing wrong? Some people are telling me it sounds like the game’s broken. Any advice would be helpful!...

i checked my app data, and my saved game data is still there but it doesnt show up when i actually launch the game, i opened it with a notepad and it had details of my last save, but when i launch the game it tells me to start a new game and i cant open the game data with sonicomi either, im so lost...

so i have a new laptop and don't use my desktop anymore. however, all my saves didn't transfer to my laptop. Any idea of what to do? Please please please help!!
