Error opening on Windows 10x64

So, tonight i updated from windows 7x64 to 10x64 and now i cant use MindTex 2 anymore, giving the following error: Unhandled Exeption: http://imgur.com/a/MOFlJ Can anybody help? :(

Affordable Texture CREATION Software?

Thought that I would ask in here if anyone knows of affordable software that can be used to generate original textures and come with tools that allows you to further manipulate your creations. I have sampled this program but it appears to only be for lighting and diffuse maps generated from an already existing texture....

Can't open a thing... errors, crashes.

When i drag and drop a file its says "File not found", even when I try it from C: root (like C:\image.jpg). It then soon crashes. And when I try open a diffuse map via Button it crashes giving me a error about "Magick.NET-Q8.Wrapper-x68.dll" but I can't read more because then the app is crashing again. I'm trying to reinstall dependencies (dotNet, vcruntime). Do anybody know this issue and has a fix?...

Does this work with 2D sprites? I dont want to do models, but will this work with my pixel art? Just curious cause it said something about 2D preview soz.
