logging issue
Does anyone have logging issue this day ?
I connect to the game every day without problem via steam, but tonight it does not recognize me at all... no more account, no character, nothing... mail to recover the password doest not work..

is this the new update causing this ?
Please help !

I also can't log in to my S&F account, I can only connect to the accounts which are not linked to any S&F account.

Same here, was logged out and i do not receive any mails for a password reset when logging in

Hello, I send a ticket and 2 reminders to this email but no reply. Still impossible to connect to my account, and the "password forgotten" does not work (no mail received)
My big problem is that i will get kicked from the community where i am as i have no way to inform them of my problem.
Can you maybe send a note to the community of my 3 characters?

In the email exchanges, i see the number 164033 in the titel, is this this number ?

i check the spam every day too, nothing :/

Your ticket is still being worked on. A community manager will reply.
If the password for your char does not work, make sure to enter it on the correct screen (either S&F Account or local char screen) and copy and paste it without an additional space at the end.
