My question would be why? Even the first and second game respectively went to -50% and -35%. Is this the trend with Xseed and Marvelous published games?

I heard they buffed her, because yeah, she sucked in the first two games, but in this game she's insane. With her Smoke Cannon and her regular attack both AOE, if you pile enough strength onto her she hits everything like a truck. I have a Tiger Heart and Attack 4 on her and she's one or two-shotting the whole field. Plus she blinds everything with her cannon, and if you give her Confuse materia on top of that, she just fires once and the whole fight is under control. She's better than SC Joshua....
