I have 78 hours on this game. Last night my laptop closed down, I had forgotten to plug the charger in and it kicked me off. When restarting the game it wanted me to begin the game from the begining. As you can imagine I'm not keen on that idea so if anyone has any suggestions how to deal with this I'd be grateful for the help. Thank you....

I went on their website to unlock the key and when I redeemed it, it told me that it was already redeemed by another user?
