Stuck at a part *minor spoilers*

I am not even sure this is a puzzle I think I am just dumb. How do I get the 2 substance's that are in the doctors office in a glass case? I am 99% sure I need them to progress as I need 2 more diagnostic boards but there are no more substances anywhere.

No 4k support?

Does the game not support 4k, or is there just some kind of issue on my side? Seems like I can't choose 4k in the menu, and forcing it through config file doesn't seem to work either.

Game can't be beaten now? Door D14 won't close

I'm stuck at this point of the game (24m55s): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1Tybxrj328&t=24m55s In this video, he takes a picture of D14 and the door closes. However when I do that nothing happens. I've tried from literally dozens of different angles, including on the ground. The doors just don't move....
