I am not even sure this is a puzzle I think I am just dumb. How do I get the 2 substance's that are in the doctors office in a glass case? I am 99% sure I need them to progress as I need 2 more diagnostic boards but there are no more substances anywhere.

Does the game not support 4k, or is there just some kind of issue on my side? Seems like I can't choose 4k in the menu, and forcing it through config file doesn't seem to work either.

However when I do that nothing happens. I've tried from literally dozens of different angles, including on the ground. The doors just don't move....
